On arrival you will be greeted by our welcome basket containing:

In addition to providing a welcome hamper containing a few necessities, we also offer a selection of wines in the cottages alongside an honesty box to save you wishing you’d stocked up after your wedding event or night out in Waddington. If you wish us to provide additional items this can be arranged at the time of booking, or upon payment of your final balance.
The fine print
We require a 30% deposit upon booking with the final balance due for payment 8 weeks before occupation. Payment can be made by cheque, debit or credit card over the phone or by BACS transfer. A £200 housekeeping deposit is required on payment of the final balance but is fully refundable providing no damage has occurred. Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival with checkout at 10am on day of departure.
